RETURN/REFUND POLICY

OUR RETURN POLICY (Off the Rack/Ready to Wear)

All in-store off the rack/ready to wear items (including ties, pocket squares, accessories etc.) maintain a 14 day return policy, unworn with tags still attached.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Eric Austin purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice for online orders, or purchase information from your printed store receipt, within 14 days of order or shipment date.

We at Eric Austin (Custom) maintain the policy that all sales are final on custom/made to measure items. While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, to the extent permitted by law, we do not offer returns, refunds, merchandise credits, or exchanges.

We also do not offer returns, refunds, merchandise credits, or exchanges on ready to wear or custom/made to measure items that have been altered or worn.

OUR CUSTOM/MADE TO MEASURE RETURN POLICY

All sales on in-person or online items are final for Cusotm/Made to Measure garments. This includes invoices paid through a 3rd party, stylist, or parent company of said stylist.
